Game based learning has attained huge fame and success in the recent years, with games becoming the medium for formal and informal learning. Under this theory, the games are used to train the employees of companies. The proposal for gamified content is increasing and becoming varied with video games designed for nearly all the target audiences and sectors. Due to further development in video game technology, experts are forced to conduct an in-depth research on the design and effectiveness of game based learning. They look for the instructional designing approaches for designing advanced game based learning to make them prevalent and effective in the training industry.
